For Cash Spot bookings, we do require a minimum spend of £800. Any outstanding balance will be covered by the booker after the bar closes.

• Pre-Agreed Tab: A set tab is established before the event, and guests can enjoy drinks until the limit is reached.
• Tab Management: We’ll keep track of your tab and notify you when it’s getting close to the limit.

Options When the Tab is Spent:

• Increase the tab on the night to continue serving your guests.
• Revert to a Cash Spot, where guests will begin paying for their drinks.
• Close the bar if you wish to wrap up the service.

Pre-Loaded Spot offers flexibility and convenience, ensuring your event runs smoothly with minimal hassle.

All-Inclusive Spot offers a premium mobile bar service that truly treats your guests to an unforgettable experience. With our open bar package, your guests can enjoy drinks without any costs for a set period, allowing you to show appreciation in the best way possible.

Here’s what you get:

• Customisable Menu: Choose from a wide range of drinks, including draught beer, bottled beers, wines, single spirits, soft drinks, and cocktails & mocktails. You decide what drinks will be available to suit your event and budget.
• Flexibility: The open bar can be arranged for any predetermined time frame, starting from as little as £5 per person per hour, with a minimum of 4 hours.
• Cost-Effective: The more hours you run your open bar, the cheaper the cost per person.
• After the Open Bar: Once the open bar time ends, you have the same options as the Pre-Loaded Spot—either increase the duration, switch to a Cash Spot, or close the bar.
