Where do you cover?
We cover Cambridgeshire, West Midlands, Hertfordshire, London, Gloucestershire, Cotswolds, Essex, Manchester and Liverpool. Available elsewhere on request.
What's included in every hire?
Every hire includes travel, staffing, bar hire, insurance, licensing, waste management and disposable cups.
How much is the deposit, and can I pay in instalments?
Wedding deposit: 25% / £350 of the package total. Private hire: your date is held once the booking form is completed and payment terms are met. Booking fees can be split into three interest-free instalments, arranged at booking.
Do you provide glassware?
Yes. For weddings, glassware from £2 per person; for private and corporate events, glassware from 50p per glass; both plus a £100 refundable damage deposit. Disposable cups are included as standard.
Do you offer dry hire?
Dry hire available (quote on specific requirements).
How do I book?
1. Enquiry: Get in touch with your hire details. We confirm availability within 24 hours. 2. Quote: A tailored quote with the bar and package options that suit you. 3. Book: Secure your date with the booking form. 4. Plan: We build your drinks menu and confirm timings and logistics. 5. Serve: We arrive, set up and look after your guests.
What do you need from me to quote?
To quote we need: Date, location, bar service times, guest numbers, power and water availability, bar structure type, bar package, glassware and any specific drinks or services.
Can the menu be customised?
Menu can be customised to suit your needs.
Do you offer barista coffee?
Yes, through Brew Spot. Brew Spot hire from £200, minimum spend £300.
